FULL PRICED ITEMS
Full priced items can be refunded if returned within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it, with any original packaging and labels attached. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Please email info@merinoandme.com with your order details to organise a return.

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender.

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Items that are on sale or purchased during a promotion are eligible for an online store credit only (unless the item is faulty and meets the criteria for a refund).

FAULTY OR DAMANGED ITEMS
For any faulty or damaged items, please email us directly at info@merinoandme.com with your name and order number. 

We ship from the inner suburbs of Melbourne. We use registered Australia Post all deliveries. We do everything in our power to pick and pack your order the same business day or next (if the Express shipping option is selected we will try everything to get your order to the post office the same business day).

Tracking details will be sent to you as soon as possible.

If you are in Melbourne and need something urgently don't hesitate to get in touch. Collection of your order is available.

Shipping times vary, but as a guide:

Melbourne/Sydney/Adelaide Metro: 2-3 business days
Brisbane Metro/Regional NSW & VIC: 3-4 business days
Tasmania/Regional QLD & SA: 4-5 business days
WA/NT: 5-7 business days

We have had express post parcels arrive in Europe and the USA in 4-6 days.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
