All of Babu's merino products are expertly crafted at a trusted factory in Jiangsu, China. Babu has partnered with the same factory for over 10 years and are closely connected with the factory team in China. Babu's owners make regular trips over to China to see their products being made and build on the existing relationship.
All the employees are freely employed, fairly compensated, and work in excellent conditions. They receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and a provident fund, and work in a catered environment.
The team in China not only excels in craftsmanship but also supports the local community. They have made numerous generous donations to local schools including a facility for orphaned children and a facility for children living in remote mountainous regions.
