How much is shipping?
Spend $50 or more and shipping is always free.
Purchases under $50 will be charged at a flat rate of $10
Purchases over $40 with delivery to the following postcodes 3011, 3012, 3013, 3015 is free and can be hand delivered within 24 hours (some exceptions applies)
Spend $150 or more for free shipping.
Purchases under $150 will be charged at a flat rate of $10
REST OF THE WORLD
Spend $200 or more for free shipping.
Purchases under $200 will be charged at a flat rate of $20
Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of any duties or taxes imposed by your country.
How long will it take?
We ship from the inner suburbs of Melbourne. We use Sendle (for most metro deliveries) or Registered Australia Post (for regional deliveries). We do everything in our power to pick and pack your order the same business day or next. Tracking details will be sent to you as soon as possible.
If you are in Melbourne and need something urgently don't hesitate to get in touch. We can hand deliver to certain postcodes depending on order value, if required.
Shipping times vary, but as a guide:
Melbourne/Sydney/Adelaide Metro: 2-3 business days
Brisbane Metro/Regional NSW & VIC: 3-4 business days
Tasmania/Regional QLD & SA: 4-5 business days
WA/NT: 5-7 business days

Can you gift wrap?
We certainly can - and we will do this for you free of charge. Just let us know during the checkout process. At checkout you can also add a personalised hand written gift tag.
We will ensure there is no pricing info included in the parcel.
Ordered the wrong size? No problem! We offer a free exchange service if you have selected the wrong size. Please contact us within 28 days at email@example.com and we will send you a pre-paid return shipping voucher (all you need to do is print) and then will arrange the replacement item for you, subject to availability.
Items can be refunded if returned within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it, with any original packaging and labels attached.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender.
