Shipping Options & Cost


Around Australia, we offer three types of shipping and local collection:

Standard Post:

  • Spend $99 or more and standard shipping is always free.
  • Purchases under $99 will be charged at a flat rate of $6.95.

Express Post:

  • Express post flat rate is $12.95

Personal Hand Delivery:

  • We have all had frustrations with the post so we now offer a personal delivery option - within 24 hours, for certain suburbs around Melbourne. Head to our Personal Delivery page for more information.

Free Collection:

  • We offer a free collection service from Seddon, Vic, 3011.  Simply place your order, select Pick Up and your order will be ready for collection ASAP (in most cases within 4 hours). Head to our Personal Delivery page for more information. 


    • Spend $150 or more for free shipping.
    • Purchases under $150 will be charged at a flat rate of $12.95.
    • We can express post with Australia Post for an additional $10.


    • Spend $200 or more for free shipping.
    • Purchases under $200 will be charged at a flat rate of $20.
    • We can express post with Australia Post for an additional $10.
    • Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of any duties or taxes imposed by your country.

    How long will it take?

    We ship from the inner suburbs of Melbourne. We use registered Australia Post all deliveries. We do everything in our power to pick and pack your order the same business day or next (if the Express shipping option is selected we will try everything to get your order to the post office the same business day). Tracking details will be sent to you as soon as possible.

    If you are in Melbourne and need something urgently don't hesitate to get in touch. We can hand deliver to certain postcodes depending on order value, if required. Or collection is available from the Inner West of Melbourne.

    Shipping times vary, but as a guide:

    Melbourne/Sydney/Adelaide Metro: 2-3 business days
    Brisbane Metro/Regional NSW & VIC: 3-4 business days
    Tasmania/Regional QLD & SA: 4-5 business days
    WA/NT: 5-7 business days

    We have had express post parcels arrive in Europe and the USA in 4-6 days.

    Can you gift wrap? 

    We certainly can - and we will do this for you free of charge. Just let us know during the checkout process.  At checkout you can also add a personalised hand written gift tag.

    We will ensure there is no pricing info included in the parcel.




    We know getting the sizing right for your little one can be tough! We will happily provide a free exchange service on all Australian based orders if you are wanting to go up or down a size of the same product. 

    If you have simply changed your mind and would like to exchange your item for a different style, then it is your responsibility to cover the cost of the return shipping. 

    In both cases, simply contact us within 28 days of purchase at and we will talk you through the rest! 


    For all other products, we offer a credit note for change of mind and size adjustments. The return shipping cost is your responsibility. Simply  contact us within 28 days of purchase at and we will talk you through the rest! 

    For our fallenBROKENstreet hats, if you are unsure on the size, we recommend your purchasing our sizing tape which will help adjust the size of the hat to your head. In addition, please allow your hat some time to adjust to its new home as it softens, shapes and moulds to your head. For returns of our fallenBROKENstreet hats, we require them returned in the same packaging as received with all tags and labels attached.

    All hosiery (tights) are not eligible for an exchange or refund if they have been tried on. If you are unsure about sizing please contact us and we will help you work it out.

    Full priced items can be refunded if returned within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it, with any original packaging and labels attached. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

    Please email with your order details to organise a return.

    We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender.

    Items that are on sale or purchased during a promotion are eligible for an online store credit only (unless the item is faulty and meets the criteria for a refund).
