Sized generously to allow for growth spurts. It features double heat sealed waterproof seams, it is water and wind proof up to 3000mm. It is lined with cotton to ensure breathability and features a removable hood with peak.
It includes a little reflective umbrella for safety - also elasticated wrists with optional mittens for warmth.
