How we are marking Black Friday this year

We are doing Black Friday a little differently this year.

As a small business, there is just no way we can compete with the marketing spend and discounts offered by larger retailers.

So instead, we have come up with an alternative.

Not only are we offering free Australia wide shipping on our site across all orders until the end of the month, we will also be donating $2 of every sale from now until the end of November to VACCA's Christmas Appeal - a charity that provides Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children in care with a gift this Christmas.

Being both small and dedicated to providing out-of-this-world customer service, we will pick and pack your order as quickly as possible. In fact, the average time it takes between you placing an order and us having it ready to be picked up by one of our courier drivers is just 13 hours (& that includes gift wrapping and a hand written note)!

And for any parcel that gets buried somewhere in the depths of the postal system, we will do what we can to speed it up for you...even if that means sending a whole new parcel with a different courier company.
